We will provide advice on insurances specific and generic to your finance needs such as term assurance, critical illness, income protection, payment protection, buildings and contents, landlord insurance.

Andy Pritchard

Director

Firstly I must say how immensely proud and lucky I am to work with such a fantastic team at Simple Group.

A dedicated and genuinely lovely group of professionals who will fight tooth and nail for their clients whilst forging strong relationships with lenders who trust their judgement and are keen to work with us when needed to get a deal across the line.

My personal history starts with Royal Bank of Scotland straight from School in Tayside in 1985 then up and down the East Coast of both Scotland and England.

A move away from banking in 2000 into the world of IFA followed which saw the small Hull IFA practice I was a Director of being acquired in late 2006 by a large independent Insurance Brokerage known at the time as The Insurance Partnership.

I was privileged to be part of the formation of a financial services group and was part of the management team for the financial services division (IFA) and also a newly formed commercial financial division.

I launched Simple Commercial Finance in November 2009 right into the “teeth” of the credit crunch aligning the business and myself with the National Association of Commercial Finance brokers (NACFB) for whom I was proud to serve as Director between 2010 – 2013.

Simple Home Loans soon followed focussing on the regulated mortgage market and latterly Simple Commercial Finance (Scotland) will focus primarily on the Scottish market.

I am lucky to have Jacqui by my side and 2 fantastic children Lewis & Freya and whilst I would prefer not to mention my football team, they along with cycling, “the gym” and travel just about keep me sane

I finish where I started with a humble and heartfelt thank you to my colleagues but also the hundreds of customers past and present whom we have helped source Millions of pounds for in all sorts of circumstances and for the many more we look forward to meeting and helping soon.

Katie joined Simple Home Loans in July 2017 having worked for Yorkshire Bank in its Mortgage and Retail Banking arms for over 23 years. For nearly 20 of those years she had a successful career in Branch Management and ultimately created the Banks’ Area Mortgage Unit, supporting the Bank’s team of Mortgage Advisors for East Yorkshire.

When not working she spends her time at the gym or enjoying family life with James, her husband, and her two boys. Katie is looking forward to continuing her career with Simple Group and is keen to provide a first class service to both her existing customer base and new customers alike.

Sharon Stork

Sharon worked for Yorkshire Bank in various admin and Management roles for 30 years, specialising in Mortgage and Protection for the last 15 years. Looking for a new challenge, she took voluntary redundancy this year to join our new and exciting team at Simple Home Loans as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

In her spare time she likes going to the gym, going on holiday and spending time with friends and family.
